About
Made simply, on purpose
Made slowly, from plants grown by people we know. Here is how the company got its shape.
Our story
Where this came from
Body Naturalz started with a short question and a long ingredient label: why does something you put on your skin every day need thirty things you cannot pronounce?
The honest answer is that most of those thirty things are not there for your skin. They are there to stretch a batch, to hold a color, to keep a scent stable on a shelf for two years, or to take a few cents out of the cost of a bottle. Once you know that, a long label stops looking like science. It starts looking like a decision somebody made.
We made the other decision.
There are two of us. It began as a conversation we kept coming back to, usually with a bottle in hand and a label neither of us wanted to finish reading. We kept waiting for somebody to make the simple version, and eventually it seemed easier to make it ourselves than to keep looking for it.
What we wanted was one bottle we could hand to someone without a disclaimer. That turned out to be a harder brief than it sounds, and it is still the one we work to.
So we started from the short list and worked forward. Ingredients that occur in nature, sourced that way, with no fillers to stretch it, no dyes to color it, and nothing synthetic standing in for something that grows. The color you see in the bottle is simply the color of the oil.
That standard is easier to write than it is to buy. Our ingredients come fresh from family-owned organic farms, and everything is blended and bottled here in the United States. We like knowing the people who grow what goes into the bottle. Keeping that circle close is how it all reaches us while it is still at its best.
What we make goes on skin. It is a small thing to give your whole attention to, and that is exactly why we love it. The care goes into the blend, into where the plants come from, and into how it feels on your skin at the end of a long day.
We move through channels we have worked with for years, which is a quieter route than most brands take and suits us perfectly. We would rather you met the oil on a shelf, picked it up, and turned it over to read the back.
Our standard
What earns a place in the bottle
Naturally sourced
If it grows, we use the grown version. A plant that already does the job tends to do it better than anything built to imitate it.
Family-owned organic farms
Small growers rather than commodity brokers. Family-owned, organic, and close enough that fresh still means fresh by the time it reaches the blend.
Made in the USA
Blended and bottled in the United States, close to the people who grow for us. That closeness is really about freshness: the shorter the journey, the better everything arrives.
No fillers, dyes, or synthetics
Nothing to stretch the volume, nothing to tint it, and nothing synthetic doing a plant’s job badly. What is in the bottle is what does the work.
Focus
The pleasure of getting it right
Attention is the one ingredient you cannot buy. We pour ours into the oil itself, and into everything that goes into it.
It shows up in the small decisions. What a batch costs when you would rather not reach for a filler. How a scent behaves when nothing is holding it in place. Which farm had a kind season and which did not. We get to sit with those questions properly, and the oil is better for it.
The mark
The seal is a promise
The claims band runs inside the logo itself: all natural, non-GMO. Putting a claim in a mark makes it permanent, which is the point. It is harder to quietly drop than a line of copy on a page.
